Last updated: October 19, 2026

FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. ("FlavaWorks," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, child sexual abuse material, and any form of forced, coerced, or non-consensual activity.

1. Zero Tolerance

FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. condemns all forms of human trafficking and non-consensual content, and prohibits any use of the Sites to advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate commercial sex.

2. Verification and Consent

All performers appearing in content on our Sites are verified to be at least 18 years of age through government-issued photo identification, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A record-keeping requirements, and provide documented, informed written consent — covering the depiction, its distribution, upload, and download — prior to production. Records are retained by our Custodian of Records (see our 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A Compliance Statement).

3. Content Review Before Publication

All content is reviewed before publication; nothing is published automatically on upload. We monitor content on the Sites, and any content suspected of involving trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual activity is removed immediately pending investigation.

4. Reporting & Resolution

If you believe content on our Sites involves human trafficking, a minor, or non-consensual activity, report it immediately to FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc., P.O. Box 2495, Chicago, IL 60690, or legal@flavaworks.com. We resolve reports of illegal or non-consensual content within seven (7) business days, remove confirmed violations immediately, and remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid report. Any person depicted may request removal and appeal our decision. You may also use our online content complaint & removal form at flavaworks.com/report-content. You may also contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (text 233733), or humantraffickinghotline.org; suspected child sexual abuse material may be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. preserves relevant records and cooperates fully with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking and child exploitation. Anyone found to be involved in or facilitating trafficking is terminated and reported to the authorities.

This policy is reviewed periodically for continued effectiveness and compliance with applicable law.
