All content on this site is produced and owned by FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc., its affiliated companies, or their respective licensors and rights holders. The Sites do not permit third-party or user-uploaded media or files. Text that users submit in on-site games (for example, names or captions shown on leaderboards) may be displayed publicly; users must not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive text, and FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. may remove any submission at any time.

Content Review Before Publication

All content is reviewed before it is published on the Sites. Content is not made public automatically; it is held for review and published only after that review is complete.

Reporting a Copyright Concern or Requesting Content Removal

Anyone — whether or not they appear in the content — may report material they believe is infringing, illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of our policies. Contact our Legal Department:

Please include, in as much detail as possible: (1) identification of the work or material at issue; (2) the specific location (URL) of the material on the Site; (3) your name and contact information; (4) a description of the nature of your concern; and (5) a statement of your good-faith belief and your authority to act.

Review, Resolution & Timeframe

We review reported complaints and resolve them within seven (7) business days of receipt. Content reported as illegal, non-consensual, or involving trafficking is removed immediately pending the outcome of our investigation. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are addressed on an expedited basis and such imagery is removed within 48 hours of a valid report, consistent with applicable law.

Appeals & Right of a Person Depicted

Any individual depicted in content has the right to request its removal and to appeal a decision. Any complainant who believes our response was inadequate has fourteen (14) days from the date of our decision to appeal to our Legal Department. Appeals are reviewed independently of the original decision.

Enforcement of Our Rights

FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. actively enforces its copyrights and other intellectual-property rights against infringement, including through legal action.
